It's the first objection any serious buyer raises, and it's contained for a structural reason: manipulation is hard to sustain at scale and over time, and it leaves patterns. An effort to inflate perception is recent, concentrated and uniform; real evidence is broad, scattered across hundreds of units and accumulated over years —and that history can't be rewritten backwards. We read the full body, not isolated testimonials. And if the evidence itself shows signs of manipulation, we report it as a finding: for a buyer, knowing that a business inflates its own perception is, in itself, valuable intelligence.
